It's 2018, and you need updates!

Hey friends and loves! I know, I KNOW... I have left you wondering, only slightly, what the Boo has been up to, and well, things have been busy! You know I like to pop up on folks as usual, kinda like I did at Pride this year (which was a bananas reunion of friends and loves, by the way, and look at how bomb I looked on stage... ugh)!

For one, my sweet other half gave birth to our adorable son in December of 2017, so I have been hanging back just a little bit! He's seven months now, and just the chillest dude ever! Aaaaaaaaand the bae and I just got MARRIED!!! So yeah, that went down! Best day ever at my favorite music festival, Timber Outdoor Music Festival in Carnation, WA. And if you have never been to Timber, a, you are seriously missing out, and b, I'm pretty sure I've locked down emceeing the summer mainstage for as long as they'll let me do it! #FoodMetaphorsForMusic!

Next big news: you are looking at the official Seattle Ladies Rock Camp Directorrrrrrrr!!! Yes, babes, it's true, I am leading the grown womxn and gender non-binary folks into living their best rockstar lives, if only for a weekend, and yeah, I might be talking about YOU!! If you're 21+ and womxn (cis/trans/non-binary), come thru and get your life! I especially want to encourage my POCs to come out and have such an amazing weekend! It's sliding scale y'all. Money will NOT be a barrier. Commitment is the full Friday thru Sunday, September 21-23. And you might even want to keep your band going! Check out the link above to find out more info about LRC as well as the youth camp, Rain City Rock Camp, now celebrating TEN YEARS!!!

Also, you may have seen me grace the stage to sing a few jams with my guys in Hotels? Well, now, I am officially a member of the band! So, follow us on your social medias and things to find out where we pop up next. Matter of fact, catch us Saturday, July 28th at Sunset in Ballard with Patrick Galactic and The Spider Ferns! Doors at 8:30pm, show at 9 (we're the headliner). Tickets available here!

Lastly, You should know that since late 2017, I have been spending most of my Thursday nights kicking it in Belltown with lovely burlesque and boylesque performers, amazing musicians, and the sweet staff at The Mix Up, a weekly *FREE* night of music and performance at Belltown's Cursed Oak on 2nd Ave & Blanchard! Put on by Cursed Oak co-owners Joshua Sharpe and Mike Carroll with one of my favorite guys on the planet, my bro, Mike Illvester, the night features live music from 9-11pm, and burleque/boylesque at 11pm, emceed by yours truly! Come on down- there's no cover, and be sure to tip the performers and the emcee! I sing a few numbers as well so don't miss out!

That's all I got for you for now! See you in these streets!
